On October 3, SLS Paris 2026 presented by Winamax brought the world’s best male and female street skaters to the iconic Stade Roland-Garros in Paris for the fifth stop of the 2026 SLS Championship Tour. As the only European stop on this year’s calendar, the French capital transformed the famous French Open tennis venue into a custom professional street-skateboarding arena for nearly 10,000 spectators.

Here is how the action unfolded for Team Monster Energy at SLS Paris 2026:

In the Men’s Skateboard Street final featuring eight elite riders, Nyjah Huston dropped in as a seven-time SLS SuperCrown World Champion with 27 career wins in SLS events under his belt. Freshly returned from injury and facing a new generation of young contenders, Huston was ready to battle for yet another win.

In his second attempt in the Run section, Huston earned a Nine Club score with a stacked line. Covering the California Skateparks-designed course with nollie heelflip backside lipslide the kink rail, kickflip backside disaster the quarter pipe, kickflip the bump, backside Smith grind transfer the hip rail, switch frontside kickflip the bump to bump, backside 180 nosegrind the Euro Gap rail, backside overcrook the curved rail, nollie backside heelflip the Euro Gap, and switch heelflip frontside boardslide the kink rail earned Huston 9.2 points.

When the action moved into Best Trick attempts, Huston maintained his grip by finessing a switch frontside heelflip tailslide the kink rail for 9.1 points. On the next attempt, Huston earned the third consecutive Nine Club score of the final by landing a technical frontside nollie heelflip noseblunt slide the kink rail for 9.2 points, taking a dominant lead over the rest of the field.

Cementing his victory on the third Best Trick attempt, Huston sent a huge switch frontside flip over the bump to flat for 8.9 points. With a total score of 36.4 points that no other rider could match, Huston claimed a dominant victory.

“The wins keep getting better and more rewarding,” said Huston after claiming the victory at SLS Paris 2026, adding: “You really can’t take anything for granted at this point. We’re out here. Still got it. Let’s go!”

Saturday’s win at SLS Paris 2026 marked Huston’s 28th SLS victory after 16 years of competing in the competition series. “Talking numbers, I do want to get to thirty wins, and this is a step closer to that. The motivation is just my love for skateboarding. I love all sorts of skateboarding, but I also have this competitive side to me, and that’s what keeps me going,” said Huston, adding: “It’s an addiction. Not just the feeling of winning, but also the feeling of landing a sick trick and the crowd being hyped.”

Huston now holds first place in the 2026 SLS Super Crown season rankings with 47 points.

Huston’s closest competition came from Japanese upstart Toa Sasaki.
