The mission of the Cleveland County CHART team is to empower Cleveland County residents to prevent and reduce chronic diseases and related risk factors through environmental approaches that impact policies addressing lifestyle changes such as healthy eating, physical activity, and tobacco use.

Our vision is to lead residents in Cleveland County to become healthier citizens through policies that support healthy lifestyles. We believe that the following values are embedded in our vision:
