Community Vision/Mission

The mission of the Greenville County ACHIEVE project is to influence individuals and organizations to support healthy behaviors through policies, systems, and environmental changes by leveraging the collective efforts of existing coalitions.  

The vision of the Greenville County ACHIEVE project is that policies, systems, and environments in Greenville County promote healthy behaviors and reduce the prevalence of chronic disease by increasing options for physical activity, improving availability of healthy food options, and expanding countywide policies regulating tobacco use.

The median household income is between $50,000 and $75,000 and the average education level is either some secondary education or trade school.
